<address>Lane Myers Company, the  former Houson-Doughty</address>
<address>Lumber Company 1917-1956&gt;the Protection Township</address>
<address>Library sits now; the white roof top was the old main</address>
<address>office of the lumber yard, later a art gallery then a beauty</address>
<address>shop; next was the brick building that lastly belonged to</address>
<address>Gerald Holler which now houses Johny Gean storage</address>
<address>building; next was hotel which burned down; then a furniture</address>
<address>store; grocery store, doctor/denitst office, bank of Protection</address>
<address>and on.</address>
